With over 20 years of experience in software development and management, Rajesh, a former Amazon and SAP professional, brings a wealth of expertise to this venture. Having led teams and conducted thousands of interviews at Amazon, he holds a BE in Computer Science from Anna University and a PGDM in Brand Management from ICFAI. Ghoshak is his platform to empower SME retailers by applying the insights gained from working with industry giants.
